Buck Kahler has more than 26 years of filmmaking experience. He began his career as a combat photojournalist for the U.S. Air Force. He traveled worldwide to cover newsworthy events for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, including the Panama Invasion, the Gulf War and operations in Somalia and the Baltics. In 1996, Kahler returned to Tennessee and began working at Jupiter Entertainment, editing documentary series and specials for A&E and the History Channel, including “The Vatican Revealed,” “The Grand Tour (series) and “Empires of Industries: War Planes of WWII.” Some of his other credits include cinematography for two Geo Files for The National Geographic Channel, including “Biography of a Corpse: The Body Farm” and “Anatomy of a Corpse.” Most recently, Kahler wrote, produced, edited, and provided cinematography for “A Nuclear Family,” a four-part history series about the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The series has been played on public television stations throughout Tennessee. He also wrote, produced, edited, and filmed the award winning documentary "The Mysterious Lost State of Franklin," which debuted on national PBS in 2012.

Debra Dylan is Nolichucky Pictures' Vice President. She is responsible for all administrative and accounting tasks, grant writing, award nomination writing, press releases, fundraising, casting, volunteer coordination, and social media. Since 2011, she has raised nearly $7,000 in grant and underwriting awards and individual donations. Debra is a producer for "Fort Loudoun: Forsaken By God and Man", and is writing the script for that film's special feature about the archeological excavation of Fort Loudoun and the greater Tellico Area. She was the Production Assistant for "The Mysterious Lost State of Franklin" and worked as an Associate Producer for that film's national PBS debut. She was also an Associate Producer (2008) for "Eva Mag Live!", a local Internet talk show. Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is a freelance writer. Her articles have appeared in The Courier, Twisted Hillbilly, Eva Mag, The Knoxville Voice, and Knoxville520.com. Her poetry has been published in "Outscapes: Writing on Fences and Frontiers", and "A Tapestry of Voices". Debra also appears in the documentary "Back From the Dread".
